تعتزم جمعية إبصار تنظيم الدورة الثامنة للمهرجان الدولي للموسيقيين والمبدعين من ذوات وذوي الإعاقة تحت شعار « بالفن نكسر الحواجز « وذلك أيام 21 – 23 ماي 2026 بتونس العاصمة بمشاركة أكثر من 6 دول من بينهم المغرب الجزائر تركيا فرنسا إسبانيا إيطاليا وتونس، ويهدف هذا المهرجان إلى مناصرة حق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في التمتع الكامل بحقوقهم الثقافية كما يمثل دعوة إلى تغيير النظرة النمطية والدونية لنا وذلك عبر عروض متميزة منها العزف والغناء والرقص والشعر
يعتبر هذا المهرجان دعاية سياحية لتونس وحقوقية لما توفره بلادنا من تشريعات خاصة دسترة حقوق الأشخاص ذوي إعاقة بالفصل 54 من الدستور
Ibsar Association is organizing the 8th edition of the International Festival of Musicians and Creators with Disabilities under the slogan “Through Art, We Break Barriers”, from May 21 to 23, 2026, in Tunis, with the participation of more than six countries, including Morocco, Algeria, Turkey, France, Spain, Italy, and Tunisia.
The festival aims to advocate for the right of persons with disabilities to fully enjoy their cultural rights. It also seeks to challenge stereotypical and discriminatory perceptions of persons with disabilities through outstanding artistic performances, including instrumental music, singing, dance, and poetry.
This festival also serves as a platform to promote Tunisia as both a tourist destination and a country committed to human rights, particularly through its progressive legislation, including the constitutional recognition of the rights of persons with disabilities under Article 54 of the Constitution.
